Nextel Complaint - NEXTEL CANNOT EXPLAIN CHARGES
PENSACOLA, FLORIDA -- On Feb. 3rd, I called Nextel to have my cell phone put on vacation. The rep stated the charge would be $9.95 a month.
Viewing my bill on Feb. 28th, a charge of $78.33!!! Of that was $50.81 for "access & related items. Curious to know what 'Access & related items' meant, I contacted Nextel from their contact address only for them to respond that they could not access my account!! Three times I E mailed them with information to have them track my account-----having given the account number the FIRST time around.
It is now March 8th, 3 E mails sent, with no satisfaction.
Anyone interested in class action suit against Nextel please E mail me at: email@example.com
Also, I might add that when I siged the contract with Nextel the representive on Davis Hwy in Pensacola, Florida said that there was no problem in putting my cell phone on vacation for year------wrong again---it can only be put on vacation for 3 months and they charge FAR more than the promised $9.95.
Nextel and their partner Sprint is a TOTAL DISGRACE AND INJUSTICE TO CONSUMERS.
Note, the E mail address for Nextel is sent to Sprint.
