Chaise Lounge Replacement Pads - Complaint
INDIANA -- Buyer Beware! The concept of SLD is great-pick your own fabric, and get exactly what you want for your outdoor furniture. However, this only works if you have no problems with your order. My chaise lounge pads arrived and were the wrong size. After I placed the order on the phone with Natasha, I never received any order confirmation. Phoned about this and was assured by Natasha not to worry-the confirmation would be with the new pads. By both phone and email, I contacted Natasha about the problem. She assured me they would be replaced. I even got a note from the shipping dept. that they were on their way. Again, I had no order confirmation, nor shipping tracking number. The replacement pillows never arrived. The company has dodged phone calls, and been nonresponsive to emails. This goes back to the end April 2013. I have turned the matter over to my credit card company.
