VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA -- Called to reschedule appt. Was put on hold time after time and when I did reach a live person I was told I had to be transferred. Multiple times I was hung up on when I was told I would be put on hold. After 45mins I got a hold of a person and requested to speak to a supervisor after being laughed at and told to hold yet again...10mins later a young man got on the phone and advised I must have the wrong dept because they do not do bathroom reconstructions and only handle wall panels!!

I advised I wanted to cancel the appt and I would not want to do business with Home Depot if my life depended on it! I had a total redoing of my home in the last month and regret spending a dime of my money at this store for my materials!! Lowe's sounds real good right about now!!!

Not sure why you would claim they "disrespected" you. Must be a new word. All you have to say is that they provide bad customer service when you call. Sometimes, you have to earn respect. It is not automatic.
