Sprint Mobile Service Avoid At All Cost
Phone Support - Complaint
HOUSTON, TEXAS -- I have been a loyal customer of Sprint for 8 years. I started with them while living in Houston, TX. and continued after moving to Austin, TX. 2 years ago. Had good service in Houston (Clear Lake Area). Service in Austin was poor when in an apartment and now in a house. Sprint provided an Air Rave (mini cell tower) which improves service while inside but does not work a few feet outside. Also, needs to be rebooted frequently for proper operation. I now work in Houston (Clear Lake Area) during the week and have now service in my building. Also, loose signal frequently when traveling on major highways in and between the two major cities. When asked to be let out of my contract, Sprint response was not enough dropped calls on record. This is a bogus statistic because when you have no or weak service you typically do not make or receive calls. The Sprint phone support person stated it was my problem that I had no service, not theirs. In addition, I pay an extra $10 per month per phone for 4G service and have never been able to connect to 4G, even in the Sprint service centers.
When polling my coworkers all said they had great service with AT&T or Verizon, many had changed from Sprint to get that service. Avoid Sprint at-all-costs, they are full of broken promises and will most likely fail as company in the near future.
