QVC - Even though they have CC sent to collections
Accidentally purchased Dyson on easy pay. I never do that but I clicked the wrong button. Lost CC during the time of payments. Received email to update CC. Did that. They still could not charge. (Although I think I received one charge in that time frame.) Received another email or letter can't rightly remember because I have a job and all that. Re-updated CC. Deleted all old CC's. Pushed button to charge the remainder of payments. Today I get a collection letter. No other correspondence. No email or letter letting me know there is another issue with the CC. I use the CC all the time - no issues.
Still don't know why there is an issue. No one knows why there is an issue. Just my credit rating being messed with. This is no way to keep customers. Crappy goods anyway.
