Cable - Customer Service Don't Know What They Are Talking About.

WEST CHESTER, OHIO -- I called Direct TV to set up a new service, was on hold for 45 minutes. :( When connected to the customer service rep., she didn't want to answer any of my questions., she told me she can not answer anything until I give her my social security number. She insisted. Then when she ran my credit, she still didn't answer all my questions and she lied for the most part. She told me that I will have one bill for internet and cable (note: internet is diff company it calls "bundle"), which is not true. When I asked her what would be the moving fee, she told me there in no moving fee, which is a lie. Then she said that I will have both services installed on the same day with the same guy, which is not true again. Found out I have to set up an appointment for my internet with another company. She got my address WRONG, and when I called them back to correct it, they told me I have to reapply again, meaning they would run my credit check again.
