DALLAS, TEXAS -- Very bad service from the first day of installation. The technician stopped all pulled and was kind enough to listen to my complaint. Sent me a router that did not have wifi! A month after having bought the internet for $19.99 I get a bill of $35 dollars with hidden charges to customer service call. I have to pay the entire bill. I decided to cancel the service. The representatives are not trained and supervisors seem to come out from school! With its lack of seriousness and amateurishness!
In the end, bad service! Verizon is 100 times better!
