Dish - Poor Customer Service With Rip Off of My Money.

COLORADO -- I ordered Dish with a two year contract. After one year I requested an additional box. I was told new contract. I said no and was charged for the additional box $249. Two years later I cancelled service. I showed a two hundred sixty dollar credit. They charged me for the box I had bought and showed a sixty four dollar credit. I waited for them to send the credit. It showed for four months and then they zeroed out the account. I call customer service and said where is my money. Why does my account show zero. They could not explain and gave me the run around. They told me to prove I paid for the box. I found the bill from three years past and sent a letter to headquarters. I received a check for over two hundred dollars with no explanation. Stay away from this company. Poor customer service and they tried to rip me off.
