Sprint Phones and Customer Service - Complaint
PROVIDENCE, RHODE ISLAND -- Sprint has horrific customer service! Whether it be needing a replacement for a bogus phone that you got locked into for 2 years that simply is of poor quality and with that same phone continuously going back and forth with replacement of the same problem that you get stuck with. As they say they cannot replace that phone with another model and in the meantime your paying your bill and stuck with a phone that rots!
Than when you finally cancel their service they bill you a extra months bill and send it to you 2 months after you cancelled. Than you call and try to get that straightened out and each and every customer service representative says your all set as each and every week you have to call again because it was not straightened out with so called supervisors getting on explaining that your all set. Than you get a bill from collections and than have to call again and again!
Honestly if anyone asked me 10 years from now the question of Who Had the Worst Customer Service That You Have Ever Experienced? I would sadly never forget that is was Sprint!
