ATT Customer Service Sucks
Customer Service/Repair - Complaint
BEWARE, INDIANA -- My terminal ill/elderly neighbor, lost service. We called the number for AT&T to spend 2 solid minutes answering stupid crap and listening to the question repeated in English, then Spanish, omg... finally after transfers we reach repair..5 DAYS LATER, after 2 more repairs sent, the elderly man couldn't have surgery, his Dr. suggested reschedule because he was so stressed for himself and his cancerous wife.
I personally spoke with repair... they said they were there Sat.. LIE... MON...LIE. Average time spent on phone 2.0 hours, spoke with 9 different people, 2 managers, and we pay for this???? Its now 5 days 19 hours later from the repair report...STILL NO TELEPHONE SERVICE. SOME ONE SHOULD SUE!!!!! NOT GETTING WHAT YOU PAY EACH MONTH, A PHONE SERVICE??? YEAH RIGHT.
