Key Bank USA Complaint - Total indifference to Customer Problems
GRAY, MAINE -- As with the US Gov, once you get too big, you lose touch with the real world.
I received a bad check from a customer (NSF) written on a Key Bank Account. The check was from out of state, so I started with a LOCAL branch of Key Bank for help.
What a JOKE! - They didn't want to discuss the matter, and wouldn't even call the Branch Manager to help.
Then, I moved on to the actual branch where the bad check was written - Same Story - stated "it was between me and the customer" ...
After nearly a YEAR with no results, several e-mails & phone-cons, I sued the local branch in small-claims court for THREE TIMES the check amount ...
RESULT CITY! - These bimbos didn't know what to do! One Manager actually CRIED on the phone telling me he would lose his job, if this got out. Needless to say, I had a Bank Draft two weeks later for the full amount. (Yes, I verified it) -
CUSTOMER SERVICE? - Key Bank doesn't have a clue!
