Dish Network - Service Via Chat And Email Are Terrible, Phone Calls Do Not Resolve Any Issues.

DRIPPING SPRINGS, TEXAS -- I have been trying to get all of my promised channels for over a year. I complained via chat, via the phone and via the internet and it took 14 months for them to get the channels sent to my tuner. I still had to pay the same price. Then all of the movies that I had saved on my DVR were no longer accessible when I dropped HBO, I was told I would have to pay for them through Pay For View - even though I had already paid for them. I changed my credit card number and the system wouldn't let me make the change online without paying up front for another month in advance.
After reading all the reviews about dropping the company services, I am really nervous about what else they will do? I wish I had read these before I signed up with them, but I will probably drop them as soon as cable comes to my area, as they keep going up on my price and I have to keep dropping programs to stay under $100. They are just like the other companies out there and yet they constantly bash them for doing the same things they do.
