NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE -- I called to have a payment date changed and spoke with a representative who could not speak good English. I asked for a supervisor and was then cold transferred to a representative, whom said she was a manager but would not give me her first name. I felt like I was on the phone with a Comcast representative, versus a bank representative This terrible customer service experience made me view Bank of America in a different way. On a scale from 1-10, Bank of America gets a (2).
