Customer Relations and Flight Attendants - Complaint
FLORIDA -- I contacted Spirit airlines regarding the poor service I received over the phone, delayed flights 5+ hours, and not to mention Laurie the flight attendant (Las Vegas to Oakland) who was telling another flight attendant that she wanted to slap a customer on a previous flight across the face. After emailing with Alicia in their customer relations department she refused to have a manager or supervisor call me and told me the case was closed and that they would not respond to anymore emails from me. Wow amazing service from this company.
