Customer Service - Complaint
HAMILTON, NEW JERSEY -- I have 4 months left on my wifi contract. I have been paying $80 per month for the last 5 years on this plan. Called to inquire about upgrading my phone plan and getting a data plan for smart phone and to find out if they would cancel my current wifi plan as I haven't used it for the last 6 months and don't need it. Was told by Sharon at the national call center at extension 5929 that if I signed up for a new contract that day or the next then she would terminate the current wifi contract. This did not happen.
When I called to speak I was told I could only leave a message and would get a call back. This did not happen. I have called 4 times over the last 5 weeks and have never gotten a call back from her and am still paying for the wifi.
