Mattress Factory - Worst Experience - Very Dishonest Manager and Staff
Sealy Mattress - Complaint
LAWRENCEVILLE, NEW JERSEY -- We had a very stressful experience with Mattress factory. I and my husband had been to the store to buy a king size mattress, after going thru a few mattress we selected one which had a price of $ 1300.00 after sale, as we had seen the same mattress in J. C.penny for $ 900.00 we conveyed it to the sales person , he said in that case you can buy it from JCPenny. when we were about to leave the store the salesman discussed the case with his manager ( a very arrogant person) and they immediately reduced it to $ 900. ( you can imaging their profit margin). and as we were thinking about it the sales person gave us a choice to come the next day and he would give us the same deal, as my 4yr old son was getting cranky and the paper work would take some time we promised to return the next day to buy it. My husband went the next day to buy the mattress and the sales person and the manager turned back on their words and said the deal was not there any more. We were very upset as we had finalized that mattress . We left the store and called the sales person after some time to express our disappointment, again, he said he would be making a few calls and will get back to us but it has been 3 days since then we have not got a call.
We find this store's staff and their manager very unreliable and it wasted a lot of our time as we don't live very close to the store. It is very disappointing when a business promises one thing and turn back on their words.
My sincere suggestion to all consumers that please do not go to this store when they can turn back on their words they can also deliver a bad product.
