Ikea - Absolutely Terrible service..will NEVER Shop There Again
Couch - Complaint
BROOKLYN, NEW YORK -- I bought a couch, paid for delivery and assembly which should have been today, 3 July. When they did not arrive I called the delivery company and spent TWO HOURS on hold and then decided to call IKEA directly. I spent another TWO HOURS being passed from one department and person to another, they hung up, they disconnected me and finally, AFTER FOUR HOURS, they told me that my order had been CANCELLED. I explained that I had the receipts in my hand, I was billed on my credit card etc. but they had no explanation and could only suggest that I go to the store (20 miles away) and MAYBE somebody there could explain what happened.
It is the WORST customer service I have ever had, 99% of them have absolutely no clue and obviously no training and I will NEVER put my foot back in their store. I suggest that you price compare before shopping there as they are not cheap either
