WESTERVILLE, OHIO -- Insight taken over by Warner.
Insight personal. Made mistake and wrote check for June for $100. $28 short.
New bill of $156 total would have been paid by next due date 7/15. Automated voice mail threatened shut off if not paid immediately...
Today 7/3. I paid entire bill. Stayed on and finally got a human. I stated I had NEVER not paid my Insight bill....9 years with that GREAT, personal, local company. Told "not a "threat"....Warner company Policy!!!! Really???
So....there is no choice here for any other than TW.
Beware....do not write a check for even ONE CENT short....you will be threatened with shut off.
Insight would have seen my 9 year history and just said do it all by due date of 7/15.
TW is a huge conglomerate and cares not for anything but $$$$$.
Sad. Disgusting and vile!!!!!
