Orbitz - Changed Time of Flights Without Informing Me!
ONLINE, CALIFORNIA -- I had a flight with China Airlines (CA) through Orbitz. CA made a change to the itinerary a month before the trip, but Orbitz failed to inform me. They claim that they e-mailed me, but there was never an e-mail or a phone call from them.
When we got the 'Prepare for your Trip' e-mail from Orbitz the day before our flight, its then that we noticed that our transit time for one flight was changed from 2 hours to 14 hours! There was nothing that we could do at that time. Orbitz people, after hours of waiting on their phone lines, said that their system says that they sent an e-mail - that's it.
We felt betrayed, sorry and helpless. It was a sad state of affairs, but nobody at Orbitz could care.
