Sears Service Smart Scam?

NEW YORK, NEW YORK -- For almost one year I have wasted my time and money with the Sears’ Service Smart Agreement only to be left with a further damaged fridge (Thank you Technician), a headache- compliments of horrible customer service representatives and now I am being pressured to purchase a replacement appliance with a company I have lost trust in. Sear’s has rescheduled and canceled so many of the repair appointments, leading me to waste entire days waiting for a technician to come repair damage made worse by an incompetent tech- only to have every consecutive technician try and cover for it. The fear of what I experienced has me worried to invest more money into replacing anything with this company. What has happened to the once respected Sears name?
And why have a insurance company (Sedgewick) involved if they can not or will not do anything to resolve the issue? It seems to add to the frustration and further waste individuals time. It is sad and very disappointing.
