Sprint - Horrible Customer Service!
Manager - Complaint
ROWLETT, TEXAS -- It was time for an upgrade, so I ordered the new Evo, which had horrible reception, and was unstable, it died in three months time. I didn't want to replace it with the same phone, because it was a piece of junk. After some back and forth, they agreed to replace with the Samsung Galaxy. It came in, and I was left a message to come by a pick it up. This was during the Christmas holidays, and I was unavailable to pick up that week. I went to the store in January, and they said they didn't have the phone, it had been returned. I found out the store had changed hands and the person waiting on me could care less about my situation. He said I would have to talk to the manager. They were suppose to call me. Never did. A new staff showed up and I talked to that manager, she was suppose to talk to her supervisor. It took 3 months for her to get an answer, and then she said it had been too long and they couldn't do anything to help me. No kidding, I have dealing with this since January. They were eager to take my money, and eager to return a phone that was paid for, but not eager to give any service. I am stuck with a two year contract and a four year old phone!
Do not buy a phone from a third party store, Sprint will not help you. They only care about their contract. Just because you walk into a "Sprint" store does not mean you are dealing with Sprint. Lousy customer service! I will be glad to move on!
