Priceline.com - Expensive Rates, False Advertising, Charged Me Twice, Never Been Reimbursed.
Hotel Room Reservation - Complaint
I booked a hotel room with Priceline. com, supposingly a great deal at 211$. When we arrived at the hotel, we learned that the hotel rate was 168$ per night at the front desk and I was charged that price at the check out. When I got home, I noticed I had been charged also a second time by Priceline for 211 $ and inspite many contacts with its customer service, Priceline refuses to reimburse me.
Terrible customer service and false advertising as they pretend on their website that : "We pride ourselves on two things : getting you the best deal for the things
you need and providing excellent service."
