Renter's Insurance - Complaint
PHOENIX, ARIZONA -- I never received my bill after I received the policy. The letter told me this is not a bill and that it would come later. I finally got a bill with a late fee. I called customer service and said I would like to renew the policy but would not pay the late fee. They said sorry we have strict policies regarding this. I work in customer service and I get customer's every day who don't get their packages or mail. We take the responsibility and resend the orders.
This happens every day. I told Traveler's that I would cancel the policy and they really didn't care.
Bloated insurance companies who's bottom line is their concern, not their customers.
