LG - Poor Defective Knobs And Poor Customer Service!
Gas Stove - Complaint
I've had to replace the knobs on my 5-burner stove four times over the last 3 years. This stove was a Mothers Day gift to me in 2010 from my Pastor and Children. It is very clear the knobs are defective for the plastic inside the knob continue to break at the slightest turn. I called the customer service 1-800 number and the representative was a total witch. I don't know if she was having just a bad day or if this is the way she displays her customer service skills.
I am totally disappointed with LG we thought we were getting a top quality company product but from all the reviews and unhappy customers we clearly made a mistake.
