Time Warner Cable - Customer Service Extremely Rude
Customer Service, Credit Department - Complaint
ROCHESTER, NEW YORK -- Ohhhhh my gosh, I worked for Time Warner 5 years ago in Rochester, NY. They did nothing but drill into me the importance of good customer service. Well today's experience was horrifying, not only was I on the phone for 2 hours taking care of a payment that was messed up, I was transferred to department after department, placed on hold, hung up on.Talked to people in Buffalo and Texas, yet I live in Rochester, NY. They were EXTREMELY RUDE. 3 hours later my cable still isn't on. Every time I asked for a supervisor I was hung up on.
The sad thing is cable is no longer a luxury, it is a necessity and Time Warner knows this, so they treat their customers like crap.
