Sprint Makes It Difficult to Pay Your Bill
Payment on account.
ROUND ROCK, TEXAS -- Sprint suddenly seems to have changed its pay by phone process. I needed a PIN to pay my bill. They could not take my SS# or account No. When I was asked for my zip code, they said it was not associated with my account! That is the zip code on my bill--the one I have had for ten years! Could not give them my payment by phone.
Went to the Sprint Store to pay my bill. I was asked how I wanted to pay my bill. I said that I would like to use my debit card. They said they only take cash. Why on earth did they ask how I wanted to pay? How stupid are these people? I went to the bank to get cash, returned, and they charged me an extra three dollars to pay at the Sprint Store. They did not bother to inform me of that when they sent me to get cash. Unbelievable incompetence.
Called customer service to voice a complaint. I was told there was no process to register my dissatisfaction. By now I realize I shouldn't have expected anything. Once my contract is up, I will never look back at Sprint.
Run, do not walk away, from this company.
