Traverse City Cherry Capital Dealership Complaint - Rude Service - Subaru

TRAVERSE CITY, MICHIGAN -- I have had a '99 Subaru Forester in many times for the same problem. I always try to be polite and just get it fixed. That has not been the response of one "service manager."
Once I waited 55 minutes to find out if my car was ready as promised only to be told it was not.
In another instance I had to get my salesman to come out and ask what was being repaired. These are only two of five unpleasant encounters. I was willing to work to get the problem repaired because I liked the car - but they have forced me into additional action. When will this dealership learn that customers are to be taken care of? They did not even do what Subaru authorized.

I would like to know what kind of problems you have had with your forester, My transmission is going out already with 34,000 miles, as well as the back wheels locking up when you turn and the passenger seat belt keeps locking people in it and won't move . I will never by another vehicle made by Subaru

Well, they're consistent! I now take my Sub to Marathon Automotive; good service.
