Walmart - Incompetant
Pharmacy - Complaint
INVERNESS, FLORIDA -- Dr. emailed script at 3pm, got to Walmart at 3:45. Was told it would be 15 min.more....30min. later, still wasn't filled..we are talking about horticortizone cream here!!! Cashier couldn't or wouldn't tell us how much longer. she said there was a 27 step process???
Meanwhile we have frozen products in our cart, so we left after exchanging words. Got home 5pm, called Walmart to see if it would be ready in the morning...was told they didn't know because they were out of it!!!!! At what point would anyone had told us had we decided to wait!!! The lady on the phone said the cashier didn't know because they have a different computer?
Seems to me when she looked it up instead of saying "not ready" it should have said "out of stock" who watches inventory??? I have to fill my insulin next week....hope they're not out of it!!!!! Seems we live in a time where customer service is totally exstinct, especially in Florida!!!!
