Verizon FIOS - Service Interrupted for 6 Days
KENNETT SQUARE, PENNSYLVANIA -- My Verizon FiOS service interrupted twice for total of 6 days since I ordered Verizon Fios about a month ago. Each time, the technician has be dispatched to my house, and I have to wait at home for 4 to 8 hours. The technician either came late or not show at all. So I have to take another day off just waiting for them.
When service is finally restored, I found out that my account was charged with an extra $140 for wireless router, which supposed to be free of charge according the original deal. So I called Verizon and a representative agreed to remove that charge, on June 22,2013. Two weeks later, I received my credit card bill, and that charge was not removed at all, the actual billing date is June 28,2013. So I call Verizon again, and a representative advised to dispute the charge with credit card company. Then today, thay informed me that I may potentially be charge for a "late check return fee".
It has been very frustrating to deal with Verizon service, and luckily I only committed to Verizon for one year. It will be over next summer!
