Pepboys - Bad Customer Service
WATERBURY, CONNECTICUT -- I had bought a freon for my car from Pep Boys I ask the cashier if he can show me where the freon goes in my car which is parked right in front. He said he is too busy to go out an show me. I ask him if he can have any of the employee show me where it goes he said no sorry they are busy. I got upset an told him that I'll just have to bring it back, he said yes bring it back we will return it.
When I was leaving the parking lot on of the customer approach me an said he heard the conversation an shows me where the freon goes. Well I'm going to bring that bottle of freon back.
