Lenovo Support and IdeaCentre All-in-One Quality Is Horrible
Lenovo IdeaCentre B320 - Complaint
When I first purchased the Lenovo IdeaCentre B320 13 months ago, the concept seemed good, and it avoids clutter on my desktop. Dealing with Lenovo customer service was horrible. They shipped the computer without software so it was unusable for a month or more. It took many many emails to the customer service, and even then they kept promising delivery of the software on a given date and it kept changing. I asked for expedited delivery of the software at no additional cost, which they refused.
Now 13 months later, the LCD monitor has gone black. I called Lenovo and they said it's out of warranty, in spite of the fact that the computer was unusable for a month. Do they design these things to break as soon as the warranty expiration date is reached?
I will never again buy anything from Lenovo.
