Travelosity - Made a Mistake on Writing Name on Ticket

WINFIELD, ILLINOIS -- I wrote my last name twice and the operator was so rude on the phone. He acted like I was bothering him and he ended up saying he could not help me due to the ticketing desk was not open and I would have to call back. He told me I would have to call the ticketing desk myself. I called Frontier myself and they were so kind as to change the name for free. The agent also stated it's best not book through these website. I will never do that again!!

That is pretty funny, (not the name problem) that even the airlines themselves are warning patrons of the nightmares sites like Travelocity, Priceline and other 3rd party sites cause.
