OAKLEY, CALIFORNIA -- I book my money transfer through remit2India.after two week of so called compliance dept. they reject my transfer when call customer service why they cancelled it the answer was they can't tell me.If they don't now how can I correct the problem or info. But I say need to talk to a manager they say nobody can tell you why you wasting your time. So how you can correct something if you don't know whats wrong.

The customer service work like typical Indian Govt. Office don't know can't tell you.Never use remit2India they have worst customer service.and the fees you will find out later like it say 59.76 but got only 55.25 paid only Indian acct.Corrupt people and bad company to deal with. Times of India should be shamed of this company.
