Hertz - Pre-Pay Charges, You Get Your Fee and Lose Me Forever

SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS -- Called to cancel reservation SAME DAY and representative failed to cancel. Weeks later get a charge, called to cancel again and was charged $50 for a cancellation fee. Reservation was still 45 days out. Went to he** and back through uneducated government type employees on the phones and online. Hertz, you can keep your $50 bucks but you lost me forever. My family gave you over $2000 last year from all of our rentals. All I can do is hope others follow me.
