Priceline - First and Last Time
Hotel Booking - Complaint
I booked my hotel through Priceline for 2 nights, to realize after the fact that the hotel website advertised the room for 15$ less than Priceline. I called Priceline the agent I spoke to after "searching" for the hotel website for 30 min told me ok your all set. Had to call for the second time the agent says you have to fax us the receipts. I did then I got an email saying I need a folio OK that's great but I don't have it because I SHOULD OF BEEN TOLD BY THE FIRST AGENT WHAT I NEEDED in order to get my refund to begin with!!
The third time I call the agent goes well I'm telling you now what you need. Moral of the story the WORSE EXPERIENCE I WILL NEVER USE PRICELINE THEY ARE NOT THE CHEAPEST!!! I didn't even bother getting my refund all the hassle is not worth 30$
