RACINE, CALIFORNIA -- I think this company thrives on taking your money and then not shipping the product.

I placed an order for some faucet parts. They billed my credit card and emailed an acknowledgement of the order.

That is all I have ever received. Their customer service? said over and over that will issue a credit to my credit card, but after 2 months they still haven't done it.

It looks to me, that this company thrives on taking your money and not delivering.

Contact the credit card company ASAP to dispute the charges.
