Genie Receiver - Complaint
COLORADO -- On July 2nd I had the Genie receiver installed. The next day, I got an error message, 776, that wouldn't leave the TV screen. Called DTV as Protection Plan customer but they couldn't come to fix the problem for six days. They did come on July 8 and that same night all of my receivers (6) were either picture freezing or not working at all. I'm currently waiting for DTV to call to schedule a technician.
Whenever I call DTV they always thank me for being a loyal customer for 11 years, but when it comes to their execution to resolve a problem, they just don't measure up!
