Ashley Furniture - Awful Customer Service - Rip Off
"Customer Satisfaction" - Complaint
AMARILLO, TEXAS -- I bought several pieces of furniture 5 years ago and bought the "Don't use Don't lose it" insurance, supposedly if I didn't call for any repairs in 5 years they will give me my money back. Well guess what? The 5 years passed and today I called to redeem my certificate and get what I thought was money back, it was not, they said that it will be a "store credit". So, I thought it is ok too because I'm moving to a new property and I will need some furniture... one more detail, I only have 1 month to use the credit and it has to be in Amarillo Store, but I live in Dallas :(
In few words, they ripped me off!!!! DON'T EVEN THINK IN BUYING ANY INSURANCE FROM ASHLEY!!!!
They don't help and they keep you in the phone as long as possible to give up... I've been in the phone since 9 am (different departments) and the last call was about 55 min.
