Sprint - 3G Speed At 4G LTE Price - If It Can Make A Phone Call At All
Management - Complaint
DENVER, COLORADO -- I purchased an IPhone 5 from Sprint in August of 2012 for use in Colorado. As of today Sprint is still providing only 3G speeds in Denver. Other companies moved to 4G LTE years ago. However, Sprint still demands premium dollar for an archaic service. Sprint recently tried to convert to 4G LTE and it was such a disaster that they had to revert back to 3G. It was so bad that when I made a cal to Sprint customer service the call would drop. Yet Sprint management still wants premium money for this dinosaur network. Sprint claims to be building their 4G system from the ground up. I believe it, and at the rate they are going it will take 20 years. As soon as this joke of contract is up I'm signing with a company that actually provides their customers the latest technology to match the phone they sell.
Other problems I've had with Sprint is with the Razor. It was so poorly designed that it kept breaking and had to be replaced numerous times. I asked management to replace the lemon phone with a different model and they refused.
