FT WAYNE, INDIANA -- Do not dare to make a mistake with this companies online ticketing. I mistakenly accepted a flight with incorrect flight time. Called Priceline customer service (actually the Philippines) and got nothing but sorry but we will not help you at all. "That's our policy"
I understand policy, I told them I would be happy to pay extra for a change in time because the time I had was impossible to make. They flat out blew me off. This was my first time to Priceline and I made the mistake, I did not understand the site. Wow, don't make a mistake in your life, you'll pay through the nose with Priceline. Heartless company.
Threw the ticket away, could not use it.
