IntelliFlix Complaint - No service - DVD & Game rental
On the surface, Intelliflix's PR messaging looks attractive, but it doesn't live up to its promise.
I subscribed to Intelliflix looking for game rentals. Their web site advertises faster delivery, more distribution centers, etc. It also says it would have first dvd's in the mail within 24 to 48 hours.
After almost 2 weeks (and counting), Intelliflix has yet to actually put anything in the mail.
The customer service is also horrible. I've gone to their customer service to ask what was going on. Intelliflix is unable to actually maintain a conversation thread. They will send you curt answers in the vein of "we're looking into it", and when you reply, it goes to a different person. When they ask you a question and you respond, your response gets handled by a different person who obviously has not read the entire thread.
in a back and forth of ~10 replies, i didn't get the same person twice. And some times they would even ask absurd questions like "i can't find your account, can you tell me which email account this is under"? When the actual email account they sent that message to WAS the email account on their records.
The low price of Intelliflix may seem attractive at first, but if you don't actually get any dvd's, you've (i've) paid for nothing.
