Sears Will Not Refund Me
Purchase Online - Complaint
INGLEWOOD, CALIFORNIA -- Made a purchase online thru 3rd party for Sears merchandise. UPS made attempt to make delivery, but needed signature, no one to sign. Tried to make arrangements to either, let me pick up items, or have them sent to my job, Sears had put a shipping restriction on my items, so UPS could not do anything.
Called Sears to see if they could lift the restriction and have items sent to my job, in which they refused. UPS made 2 more attempts, order was cancelled, had to wait for items to be sent back to Sears warehouse, in which they received them.
Sears told me to wait 5 days for my refund, never got it. Called back, spoke with case managers, they said, they process immediately, but I will have to wait 3 - 5 business days for refund. 6 days had passed, still no refund. Called them back, and was told that they will send my case to research dept. & they will contact me in 24 - 48 hrs, still nothing.
Now I keep calling, they put me on hold for long time. When someone finally comes on the line, in mid sentence, the call is dropped. I am extremely angry and frustrated, getting nowhere. All I want is my refund. Who can I talk to, they have their merchandise, but will not give me back my refund. And they have no answers.
