Bobs Furniture Store - Bad Customer Service and Disgusting Delivery Service

WOODHAVEN STORE, MIDDLE VILLAGE, NEW YORK -- Bob furniture came to deliver my furniture and bedroom set last Wednesday around 3 pm . One of the delivery guys told me that the dresser that I ordered they had the wrong one . And the foundation was a one piece instead of a 2 piece .I told the sales associate I believe her name is Bibi, that I live on a second floor and had a function on Saturday the 6th that I really need this stuff.

Anyway they took back the dresser and foundation and promised to deliver today 10th of July . Again they came with the right dresser but no foundation. How can this happen and why me I ask myself after spending over $3000 in the store. Now they wanted me to wait until next Tuesday for another delivery.

In the mean time I have to sleep on the floor for 2-3 weeks before I can get my furniture . First of all the store associates has poor communication skills and second They don't care about the customer . I will never purchase anything from this store again . I should get back at least half of my money that I spent with the company for their poor service that they offered . STILL WAITING ON THE THIRD DELIVERY GUYS . SHAME SHAME SHAME !!!!! 106 ave customer
