Cable Service - Complaint
HAWTHORNE, CALIFORNIA -- Trying to charge me cancellation fee while I'm still with them on my new home we just purchased. Explained to the Customer Service I'm leaving LA but I just got the cable installed on my new home in Sacramento. He insisted I have to pay cancellation fee for canceling this account even thought I've new account with them. Their Customer Service is Suck....they don't seem to care much. The good news is there many other company's we can go to. I'm canceling both account and go with someone else. I wouldn't recommend you sign a contract with this company.
