Choice Home Warranty Does Not Keep Their Word

EDISON, NEW JERSEY -- When I initially signed up for their service, I was told by Salesperson that the first service call fee would be free.
Then when I initiated for my first service, reminded them of exempting the service call fee, the customer service failed to indicate that when submitting a service order. I tried to get reimbursement for it and spoke to a rude, unprofessional, disrespectful person with the initials of AR who did not refund me for my money and lost my complete trust in their business.
This is the first service ever made with this company from me and my family. I will share my experiences with family, friends, co-workers, neighbors, and community. What a learning experience!
