Sprint - Bad Overall Service

WASHINGTON -- Operating system upgrade, made phone fail and required a "wipe" lost much.
Phone failed: required replacement, w/o phone for five days, lost more than last time. Replacement phone was supposed to arrive "pre-activated" was not took hours and several persons to finally get activated. For some reason was escalated to an escalation team member. Where a rather Daf angry unhelpful person was spoken to, still not sure why they ever got on the line - perhaps I mentioned the should have stuck with Verizon statement one to many times.
Contract up in four months - will be shopping for anything but Sprint.
