NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE -- I called in on October 8, 2013 about my phone having problems like freezing, black screen, and turns off and on while charging and drops my calls. So, on Tuesday October 9, 2013, I was giving a $69.99 credit on my account to order a whole new phone. I ordered the LG Optimis V and a replacement for my Assurance wireless phone. So, that Wednesday I called to get my tracking numbers for my phones then they told me my order for my new phone was canceled. I never canceled one of my phones and I really do need my account restored because I'm a long way from home and now I can't even get a call from my family. I'm from Alabama but I stay in Nashville, TN with a friend. I would appreciated if y'all could resolve this issue. I never canceled my order at all.
