EVERYWHERE -- Just got off the phone with Sprint customer service...1 hour, and three different departments later I am an unsatisfied customer with the power to exercise my frustrations. I am due for an upgrade in less than 2.5 weeks, and was hoping for a courtesy upgrade since the time frame is relatively short and I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. My previous phone is broken and I wanted to catch a great deal on the Samsung Galaxy this weekend, which of course expires after the weekend and can no longer do that.
Happy they got bought by Softbank- maybe it takes an international company to show Sprint how to treat their loyal customers that helps keep them in business. Extremely unsatisfied, I will cancel my service and hope anyone who has had a negative experience with them considers doing the same.
