Dish Tv - Poorest Service Ever Encountered in My LIFE!

ILLINOIS -- We replaced Time-Warner due to poor customer service and went to Dish, sbout a week ago. I had no idea how much worse it could get!

Technicians do not seem to have a clue and you will never get the same answer to any problem twice. No one seems to know what they are doing - it's all about distributing their equipment. If it were about the money, they would know that customer service is king.

Their technology is way behind the times. I could do the same thing with a couple of DVD recorders and still get to watch TV at the same time!

If you are thinking about dumping what you currently have because of poor customer service, take my word for it - it could be worse!
