Verizon Customer Service In Billing - Very Disorganized Billing Team

FRESNO, CALIFORNIA -- Opened up a shared plan for my wife and myself on Dec 28 2012 at Best Buy. My wife's phone got interrupted before the first bill was due. I called in to find out what the problem was they told me that the lines were not joined. And they would take care of that. Well its now July and I'm still paying on a second account. This is the short version of my experience. There's been way too many calls, too many hours wasted and too much money spent on trying to correct their mistake. I wouldn't not recommend Verizon to anyone that I know.

We will be taken our business back to Att after this contract ends that is for sure . Verizon is overrated I know first hand now. AT&T see you all soon. No one at Verizon seem to know what the heck there doing. People don't waste your time or money at Verizon is not worth the hype.
